Puma Furio

I bought these as a pair of everyday trainers, for general wear and around the office when in casual. However, for some reason they really hurt my ankles when wearing them and feels like they strain my tendons. The sole is quite a strange shape and evidently doesn't agree with the shape of my foot. Destined for the bin soon...

Nike Flight 'McFly'

My first purchase that kicked off my 'Sneakerhead' period...

Adidas TRX Blue

Seen these advertised on the Size? preview page and kept a keen eye out for their release. Brilliant pair of trainers, nothing special quality wise [not that there is anything wrong with them, so maybe a harsh comment], just really eye catching...

Adidas ZX800 ACU Consortium

Not bought today but just clearing my backlog.

I bought these as I wanted a pair of the LV x Kanye West collaboration trainers in red but couldn't justify the £500+ price. Seen these on the RMK store but not in my size. The quality is absolutely stunning with lots of attention to detail. Created for the Beijing Olympics I think they represent China well, colour and motif wise. Came with 4 colours of laces, bamboo shoe-horn, bamboo lace detail, holographic tongue and toe-box, carry bag with a nice touch of gold on the lace ends. Superb!

I wanted a lighter coloured lid as my previous AGV GP-Pro was black and I wanted a change. On aesthetics I favoured the Arai but yesterday I received an e-mail from Hein Gericke [ European Motorbike clothing shop] with details of their summer sale. Seeing they had the AGV for the bargain price of £269 [rrp £449] I rushed down to see if they had my size in stock. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the right fit so with credit card in hand finally took the plunge after months of looking...
